The Discover Scuba experience is designed for complete beginners to give you a taste of the exciting and weightless aquatic environment.

You'll learn the basic techniques for using Scuba diving equipment & quickly see how easy it is to Scuba Dive. Our friendly team of PADI Professionals will be on hand to ensure you have a memorable experience and to answer any questions you may have.

Discover Scuba Pre-Requisites

The PADI Discover Scuba experience is suitable for complete beginners with no previous experience of Scuba Diving. The only requirements needed to start your Scuba adventure are:

• Minimum age of 10. A parent or guardian must be at the pool to accompany children under the age of 16.
• All participants must complete a PADI Discover Scuba Brochure prior to participation. Any pre-existing medical conditions highlighted on this form will require medical clearance before we can allow you to take part.

What Will I Do?

Prior to taking the plunge there are a few important things you should know about Scuba Diving. These are explained during a brief, fun & informative presentation, which will answer any questions you may have.

Your underwater adventure will begin by a PADI Instructor or PADI Divemaster introducing you to the Scuba equipment you'll be using during your adventure. You'll then be given time to adjust to the exhilarating feeling of breathing underwater & before you know it you'll be totally immersed, experiencing Scuba Diving first hand.

Glide through the water with ease, experiencing flips, turns & somersaults in this 3 dimensional, weightless world.

You may even practice some fun & exciting scuba skills after a demonstration by your PADI Instructor. This will give you an idea of what is involved in the PADI Open Water Diver course.

Session Duration

Each Discover Scuba experience begins with a brief introduction to your experience before heading into the pool for either a 60 or 90 minute experience.
