Marine Life of the Galapagos; The Diver’s Guide

This is a gem of a book for anyone interested in the marine life of the Galapagos, diver or otherwise. It is a handy size for the traveller providing photographic illustrations and detailed biological descriptions of the teaming marine life around the Galapagos Islands.

Further to this is a raft of additional information on the marine reserve and its management, geology, oceanography and dive sites. A series of sketch maps usefully illustrates the dive locations for visiting divers.

The author, Pierre Constant, was well placed to create this book, having more than 25 years leading trips to the islands and having studied Biology and Geology at University. He is now a permanent resident of the Galapagos.
